Getting Back on Track

H&M hat; Forever 21 sweater, jeans, ring, bracelets; American Eagle fur vest; J.Crew bejeweled tank; Thrifted ballet flats and purse; Pandora watch; Gifted necklace; OPI nail polish- Love Me Now, Love Me Not

Hello everyone! We are sooo sorry we have been slacking on updates; its been a crazy past two weeks, but we're back and are so excited for the new posts!  To update you, we have decided to dedicate an entire week of posts to men's styling, so if any of you have anything you'd like us to touch base on for your boyfriends, husbands, friends, family, etc,  please please please comment below.

Spring is around the corner and transitioning from cold to warm weather can be difficult at times, but it can be simple if you remember one word: Layering! In this outfit post, I have on three layers: from the bejeweled tank under the netted sweater topped off with the fur vest.

Sincerely,
P & D

Its a Walk in the Park

 J. Crew field jacket, v-neck sweater, Ann Taylor Loft fur vest, Marc by Marc Jacobs bag, Madewell boyfriend jeans, Forever 21 belt, headband, rings, bracelets, Mandee oxfords, Essie nail polish- Tangerine and Van-d'Go

From time to time, I've had my days where a walk in the park is the exact thing that helps me relieve stress and just step out of my element. Today was definitely one of those days. D'sirre and I decided we needed to bring out our inner child and take advantage of the fact that since its so cold out, we would pretty much have the park all to ourselves.
This outfit was actually very fun for me to put together, again the mixture of textures and styles was demonstrated between the oversized boyfriend jeans and the v-neck coral sweater, the fabulously hooded fur vest and field jacket, and of course the "to die for" Marc Jacobs bag and trendy oxfords. They all came together in the end went amazingly with the scenic views and also had some things that contrasted enough to stand out in the midst of the environment.

Life's not always a walk in the park, but then again if it were, it would just be so boring.

Sincerely,
